prostheticknowledge: Bell - interactive web promo for the Japanese band Androp This is fantastic - a convincing execution of a web promo + game Great animation and style - the world is black and white sketchy illustration (and not static - it looks ‘animated-drawn’). The ‘characters’ are made made up of text - snakes are ‘Z’s and other creatures are made of several letters. … and here is the brilliant part - you start out (optionally) to connect to your twitter account and put together a message to a friend. Once composed, your task throughout is to avoid potential harm from others, to ‘get your message safely’ - get hit, and the message will have one letter changed. Essentially, your message is your lifebar, and to send your message clearly, you play the game and avoid the obstacles throughout the journey.
